helpful communication detailed instructions excellent support
I found the communication about parking very helpful. Pre-check-in instructions were detailed about key locks and door entry codes. Support was excellent when a fire alarm occurred. The issue was resolved quickly.
The shower head did not attach correctly to the hose. I contacted the management company, but they did not call back. This was a little inconvenient.

lovely and clean
beach proximity friendly staff clean place
the location was very close to the beach. staff were friendly and helpful, i thought. the place was very clean. i appreciated how central it was to everything it was warm and bright too.
The overall feel seemed a bit run down. the bed was worn. I felt stings. this resulted in lack of sleep, i noticed.

allocated parking was a great benefit, especially in this area. the generous hospitality tray was a thoughtful touch. i found the fridge really useful for keeping drinks cool.

my room was spacious and airy. lots of clothes hanging space meant i could unpack properly. the cleanliness was noticeable and the decor felt modern and fresh to me.

inconsistent temperature insecure door
The bathroom was not clean enough. I found hairs in the shower. the shower temperature was inconsistent. It kept switching from hot to cold, and I couldn't regulate it properly. The pictures online showed a more modern space, but in reality, it felt worn. The entrance and stairs looked quite old. I also noticed that the room door did not lock securely.

renovated room cleanliness great location
the room was newly renovated and very clean. i liked that everything i needed was there and the parking was reasonably priced. the location was also great (just a few minutes to the beach).
during my stay, the room wasn't cleaned and towels weren't changed.
